I had a little fish cake disaster. I was trying to simplify a Norwegian Fish Cake Recipe by mixing everything together at once in the food processor.

Norwegian Fish Cakes: Arctic Grub

Well, my fish was a little frozen, so it wasn't mixing. I kept hitting pulse, and I ended up with a fish smoothie. We are having a snow storm today (just like it does everyday in Norway), yes... I was making my recipe a day ahead instead of a week a head like I should have... go ahead wag your finger at me: "Bad food blogger...bad."
